Central West Virginia Aging Services, Inc. has been serving fellow West Virginians for 47 years. Headquartered in Buckhannon, it has grown to more than 800 full- and part-time employees throughout the state who provide in-home services to senior citizens including health care, personal care and coordination of government services. We are a non-profit agency providing in-home care services in over 44 counties throughout the State of West Virginia. As the largest Case Management and Homemaker Agency in the state, we offer both extensive experience and high-quality care. We are certified by the Bureau for Medical Services (DHHR) and the State Bureau of Senior Services as a provider of in-home Medicaid services in West Virginia. In the past as well as in the most recent audits, we are pleased to announce no deficiencies.
With a staff of Licensed Social Workers and Registered Nurses (RN), home health and personal care aides, housekeepers and companions, Central West Virginia Aging Services has the right professional to meet any home care need. All personnel are thoroughly screened and supervised, as well as fully bonded and insured. And every staff member regularly participates in professional training to keep their skills current. Not to mention they’re friendly, trustworthy and caring people – these are people that feel like home.
