Private Pay Services can include Homemaker, Case Management and RN services.
The cost to the individual will depend on the hours and type of services you choose. As a non-profit company, our agency charges a competitive hourly rate for services and makes every attempt to work with the individual and family members to ensure a person receives the care they need.
A contract for services will be developed between the client and Central West Virginia Aging Services. Our 24 hour on-call system will attempt to develop a plan to assist the client to receive continued care. An assessment is provided to determine is community resources can adequately meet the identified needs of your loved one.
Services may include:
-
Homemaker Service: hours can range from a few hours a week to 24 hours 7 days a week, based on Homemaker availability.
-
RN Services: A registered nurse can assist with completing basic assessments, blood pressure checks, medication monitoring, etc.
-
Case Management: A Licensed Social Worker can assist with linking and referring an individual to additional services, ordering medical equipment, scheduling medical appointments, etc.
